BCC Class of 1959 had it's first Friday of the month lunch here and the management and waitstaff were extremely friendly and helpful. Almost everyone had a different dish, and each are looking forward to coming back. Our waitress Sara was very efficient and attentive -

There is a separate bar from the restaurant here. We ate dinner and got a table right away at 430pm on a Saturday. Friendly staff eveywhere.The Black-n-Bleu salad was good with the steak strips. Chrissfield burger was good but a bit overcooked. Fajitas were ok but there were no peppers, only onions with the meat. There was more lettuce and cheese than necessary too. Drinks were fine (unsweetened tea). Prices were high, parking was plenty but the parking lot is a bit dark.

What a cool place. Nice atmosphere and great service. The place was clean and the food was good. We had the sour beef and it was really good but could have been a little more sour. The kids had regular kids stuff and they really enjoyed it. A great dining experience. We will go back for sure.

Cozy bar with homestyle food. This place has great drink prices with an interesting crowd. Plenty of young people taking advantage of the drink deals along with mingling with regulars. Some people are just there to drink but there are lots of people out for a meal. The tv’s at this place are pretty good and I think it’s a great atmosphere for a college game. The bar tenders are friendly and know how to liven up the evening. Parking out back is rarely an issue. Desserts are a must try!

Our server was nice though she didn't have much experience with the foods served which should have hinted to us that something was off. The food was very limited in flavor and everything was overcooked. Enjoyed the desert but that was it. For 25 dollars for a crab cake in Maryland, I can go somewhere else for a much tastier crab cake. Blegh

The food was good. I had the fried shrimp and it was nice and crispy but not crunchy. I loved the buttered mushrooms and zucchini medley as side dishes. My husband had a chicken dish with shrimp and crab meat and he though it was good. I had a taste of his and thought it was ok. We shared a crab pretzel and that was pretty good - not a lot of crab dip on top, but the flavor was so good that the amount was just enough. The margaritas and good for $7.50 and the second one for a penny. Our brownie sundae was good too - enough to share. The staff was friendly and we will definitely go back again.

Parking lot wasn't full(1:10pm), told 10min wait. After waiting 20 mins we were seated (mostly empty tables around us so I assume short staffed). We order a soda & a beer. Waitress then says, "okay, and beer is buy one get one for a penny" & walks away! How about you see if we want to take advantage of the offer? We order loaded boneless wings. She comes back to tell us they're out of wings. Seriously? We order a chicken sandwich, a bowl of soup. Our bill was $34. And not even what we wanted. It's normally our annual stop when visiting valley view farms for Christmas. Not anymore.

Silver spring has become a staple for me and my wife the food is always delicious. Friday crab pretzels are awesome and there crab cakes are delicious. Alittle to much filler but the flavor is there.

Dinner was good! Started with Onion soup, steak and fried shrimp, side of mashed potatoes and mushrooms, and larger. The other dinner was a house salad, and blackened salmon, broccoli and mashed potatoes. Both dinners where very good. Mashed potatoes where real red skin potatoes. Steak was cooked to med rear. Definitely worth the $$.

This is a great place the food is consistently good. Never a long wait and the people are nice. They have great crab cakes which is not what you would expect.If you like desert they have a great selection but we always end up taking it home since there is so much food

The service was prompt and friendly. The food was very good but I thought it was a bit high for what they were offering. The ragged hole in the table cover was a little off-putting. Pictured below are the chicken quesadilla and the seafood nachos. The nachos were fantastic!

I ordered the pretzel sticks with cheese sauce to start and the Sour Beef and Dumplings for my entree. Simply put, I was not disappointed at all. the table definitely enjoyed the pretzels.The sour beef meat and sauce were fantastic, but the dumplings definitely had room for improvement.I can't quite describe it, but the texture and consistency of the dumplings were unlike any I have had before.I would definitely order again, but maybe next time I'll swap the dumplings for mashed potatoes.

First time here and apparently Pay Pal nearby had just closed the branch and everyone was here for a farewell drink. Needless to say the place was packed... not what I was expecting at 2pm on a Tuesday. Now that you have the back story on my visit. I have to say the staff did an amazing job. My service was still excellent, the food was served quickly and tasted great. I had the Chesapeake wrap and I loved it! Great job. Well earned 5 stars!
